My vision about nutrition is...

I like to think about nutrition as a part of our knowledge to be healthy. And to try to give to our bodies what make them the happiest by not forcing strict diets, instead enjoying food as a pleasure. And giving more importance in having a balanced diet that allows us both to be healthy and enjoy our lives.

I am very happy to work with families and their babies. Is at the start of our life when it is more important to create a good relationship with food. Building curiosity for new foods, accepting all kind of textures and tastes is the best way to achieve a better later life. 

 

I define myself as a big defender of breastfeeding, that being said, I acknowledge that not everyone has the opportunity to embrace in this journey and that is fine, too.
